Harry is tops as the early birds catch the worms at Dunmurry GC
With conditions better than the previous week, some excellent scores were returned with five of the six prizes winners yet again out in the early morning.
The overall winner was Harry Grey (18) who produced the best score of the day returning 42 points having two points to spare over the rest of the field.

Hide AdHarry had a steady first nine, returning 19 points including three pars at the fourth, fifth and seventh. On the back nine he picked up five pars at the 11th, 12th, 13th, 15th and 17th to return 23 points and overall victory.
Second and third places both returned 40 points, Billy Gaw (13) edging out Joe Young (11) thanks to a better back nine.
Billy returned 22 points on the front nine thanks to six pars and even though he only managed 18 points on the back nine, it was enough to clinch second spot.
Joe had a great start his round with birdies at the second and third holes for 23 points on the front nine,.

Hide AdHowever he slipped up on the back nine dropping shots at regular intervals and a birdie three at the 17th rescued his back nine to claim 17 points.
Fourth spot went to Colin Mills (6) - the only afternoon starter in the prizes.
Colin produced a three over 73 for 39 points which included birdies at the seventh and 10th.
Fifth spot went to another low man Graeme Whitley (7) on 38 points. After a steady front nine of 18 points he clinched his prize thanks to a birdie three at the last hole.

Hide AdDarren Crowe (+3) claimed the Gross prize with a two under 68. Darren had a steady front nine of one over par 36.
However, on the back nine, three birdies at the 13th, 14th, and 15th and pars at the other six holes saw him complete the back nine in just 32 shots.
