Everyone enjoyed the BBQ and refreshments and the banter after the walk in the annual junior sponsored walk which pulls out a massive support from all in the local community.

Moneyslane Junior Section Training Recommences - Moneyslane F.C’s Junior Section has recommended their junior training on Monday nights at the new 3G pitch from 7-8pm for girls aged 9-12 years of age and from 8-9pm for boys aged 10-12 years of age.

Hide AdThere will also be training on Wednesday nights at the new 3G pitch from 6.30-7.30pm for kids aged 5-8 years of age and from 7.30-8.30pm for kids aged 9 and 10.
All players aged 14-16 years of age will train on the new pitch from 8.30-10pm.
All kids are asked to wear mouldies or trainers and not steel studded boots, bring a bottle of water and wear shin pads. Everyone is welcome to come along and train with one of the biggest xlubs in Banbridge District Council area.
This year there will be an U7, U8, U9, U10, U11, U12 and U13 teams entered into the Carnbane League and IFA Development Centres, Newry while the U17s will play in the Mid-Ulster Youth League.

Hide AdThere will also be an U11s and U13s girls entered in the NIWFA Competitive League, such is the huge number of girls now in the Club

Moneyslane Players & Supporters Day Outing - Moneyslane FC’s players and supporters day out will be on Saturday August 4 when both the First and Reserve teams will be away against Annagh Utd, Portadown.
The Reserves will play at 12.30pm and the Firsts are scheduled to play at 2.30pm. There will be a BBQ for all players and supporters on the day.

Hide AdThe bus will leave Tom Kelly’s, Rathfriland at 10.45am via Moneyslane, Katesbridge and Banbridge on route to Annagh and all those looking to attend should contact the Club Senior Co-Ordinator Neil Anderson 07749840990 to boot a seat.
New season kicks off in the Mid-Ulster League - The new season is fast approaching and will kick off for Moneyslane’s first team in the Mid-Ulster Intermediate ‘B’ Division on Tuesday August 14 against Banbridge AFC with an 8pm kick off.
The game will be played at Cheney Park and a good crowd will be expected for this derby encounter.
Moneyslane Reserves will kick off their season in the Mid-Ulster Reserve Three Division and their first fixture of the new season will be a home fixture in the derby against Banbridge Rangers.

Hide AdMoneyslane Last Man Standing - Moneyslane F.C will be running a Last Man Standing competition with the new Premier League ready to kick off.
It will start on August 18th and entry is £10 per person. Anyone wishing to join should contact Lenny Blakely on 07888690972

You cannot pick the same team throughout the competition
All team choices must be texted to the Co-Ordinator 24 hours before kickoff.
