Following the meeting with District Commander, Chief superintendent Sam Cordner and Area Commander, Chief Inspector Joe McMinn Mrs Dobson said: “We discussed the on-going investigations and steps which officers can take to work with the Cline Road Community Association to root out the dealers in the area. We urged the officers to listen to and work with local people and families to clamp down on those who are responsible and rid our streets of drugs.”

Hide AdGlenn Barr, said: “Local people are uniting against those who bring nothing but hurt to our community and we called at the meeting for greater feedback to be given to those who take the often brave step of reporting incidences to the police. Banbridge must be seen as a place were dealers are caught and brought to justice and to do so the police need to follow up every bit of information given to them by the community.”
