Cycling for Charlie team set off for 280 mile cycle
Cycling for Charlie was set up last year by little Charlie Craig’s dad Fintan and a group of cycling friends when they completed a cycle from Mizen to Malin raising over £15k for cancer research.
Three year-old Charlie has been battling Acute Myeloid Leukaemia since January 2013 and is currently in hospital in Bristol, where he has already underwent bone marrow treatment following a successful part match which was found on the global register.

Hide AdThis year proceeds from the cycle are in aid of the Anthony Nolan trust, inspired by little Charlie, whose mum Cliodhna is from Cookstown.
The Cycling for Charlie team are appealing for support to help them raise as much funds as possible.
One of the cyclists in the group Kieran told the MAIL: “We would appeal for your support to raise the badly needed funds so that lots more leukaemia sufferers can benefit from bone marrow donations.
