BLEARY Young Farmers' Club have launched their range of events for this year's annual Lurgan & District Horse and Cattle Show which is to be held on Saturday, June 7 in Lurgan Park.
The line-up of events include Bleary YFC’s exhibition stand which will present an array of competitions and information on the club.

In addition, the ever popular ‘Build A Scarecrow Competition’ has again been organised and the club invites schools, youth groups, community groups and other Young Farmers’ Clubs to enter a life-size scarecrow in the competition.

The competition will be judged at the show with all competing entries to be with the club on or before 9am on show day. The entry fee is £5 with some fantastic cash prizes up for grabs. Further details and an entry form can be downloaded from www.blearyruralcommunity.com or alternatively e-mail blearyyfc@hotmail.co.uk.

The physical and mental ability of a number of members will also be judged in the tractor handling competition which will be closely followed by the ‘It’s a Knockout Challenge’ in mid afternoon.

Remember to check out BlearyYFC.bebo.com to keep up to date with club news and events and be sure not to miss the action at Lurgan Show on June 7.
